Great Workout at San Shi

Friday night 10 students from Escondido Judo went out to San Shi Judo Club to train.  The sensei there were helpful and the school was friendly.  We warmed up for about 20 minutes and then spent the rest of the time alternating between newaza randori (mat work) and tachiwaza randori (standing work).  Thanks for a great workout!
